Babajide Somorin

Babajide Somorin is a seasoned legal practitioner with a solid background in litigation and corporate legal practice. He obtained his LL.B from Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2012 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar after completing his B.L at the Nigerian Law School.
He commenced his legal career at the distinguished firm of Bank Oki, Oyesanya (SAN) & Co., where he practiced from 2013 to 2017, refining his advocacy and dispute resolution skills. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as Head of Chambers at Eminence Chambers, where he provided strategic leadership and managed complex legal briefs.
Babajide’s practice encompasses general litigation, property acquisition, and corporate advisory services. He maintains a keen interest in the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the acquisition of interests in oil blocks in Nigeria, positioning him as a valuable resource in energy-related transactions and compliance advisory.
